Opeation:
- Explore the canal using small sized hand files;
- In the presence of NaOCI, along the glide path, with the Toptaper Next N1, in one or more passes, until working length is reached;
- Use Toptaper Next N2, exactly as described for N1 file, until working length is reached;
- Gauge the foramen with a size 025 hand file, if this file is snug at length, the canal is shaped and ready for disinfection;
- If the size 25 hand files is loose at length, the continue shaping with the N3.
